Returns & Exchanges

Returns & exchanges will be accepted in the following circumstances:

1. We shipped the wrong item
2. The item was damaged in shipping
3. You ordered the wrong item by mistake
4. You wish to exchange the item for a different one

Shipping charges will be covered by us if we were at fault or the item was damaged in shipping. If you were at fault and ordered the wrong item or wish to exchange the item for a different one, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item plus the cost of shipping the replacement item.

If there is any price difference between the item originally ordered & the item to be replaced, you will be either credited or charged the difference.

The returned item must be in new condition. If it is found to be damaged or show signs of use and wear, you will be charged for the cost of restoring the item to new condition before a replacement will be shipped.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the original shipment.

Before you return an item you must obtain authorization for the return by emailing returns@affleckpianotuning.com and explaining your reason for the return as well as whether you want a refund or a replacement. You will then receive specific instructions for returning the item purchased.

All returns for refund will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

DO NOT return an item without prior authorization or it will not be accepted.
